Provision of out-of-warranty maintenance and repair of computers and peripherals for the needs of the Employment Agency and its territorial units.

Solution

Service maintenance of all EA hardware, including diagnostics, repairs and replacement of spare parts of existing hardware.
More than 4,500 devices and systems to be maintained in more than 170 offices of the EA in the country.


The purpose of the project is the provision of out-of-warranty maintenance and repair of computers and peripherals in the EA territorial units.

 

Technical maintenance by KONTRAX includes the following activities:

  • Receiving and registration of failure notices
  • Deciding on the priority of implementation of the respective call, if several requests have been received simultaneously
  • Telephone advice
  • Site visit
  • Filling in a service card
  • Transportation to and from the respective EA unit
  • Diagnostics of the faulty device
  • Regular maintenance of devices, cleaning, testing, both as prescribed by the service organization and upon request by the EA
  • Repair / restoration of the device operability
  • Testing of technical devices for operability
  • Maintaining a card-index of service cards

In order to ensure quality implementation of services, KONTRAX has performed:

  • Receiving and registration of failure notices
  • Deciding on the priority of implementation of the respective call, if several requests have been received simultaneously
  • Maintaining a card-index of service cards (a document containing all attributes of the repaired technical device by request, declared and established failure, spare parts used and services rendered), service accountability. Receiving and servicing requests, confirming the acceptance of the request and submitting information on the expected date and time of visit.

Response time is 3 hours for district centers and 6 hours outside the district centers. Deadlines for repairs are up to 48 hours for district centers and up to 72 hours outside the district centers in the working time of the Employment Agency.
