In February 2013, KONTRAX built the information system for the work of Burgas Municipal Council, which includes tablets for the municipal councilors, communications equipment, sound and video streaming system for the meeting room, as well as specialized software for the work of the Municipal Council and for electronic voting. The company supplied and set up the equipment, installed the software (Integrated system for Municipal Council/ISMC) and carried out trainings for working with the systems. The system was developed specifically for municipal councils and automates all processes and activities – from general record-keeping, through preparation of meetings and work of the committees, to conduction of sessions, electronic voting and backup. All information is stored in a common database and all councilors or members of committees work simultaneously with it. Any user at any time has access to current information.
