Provision of a printing service including rental, repair, supply and replacement of spare parts and supplies for equipment owned by the Contractor
Under the contract, KONTRAX has prepared the design of the overall solution for print management, including specialized software for monitoring and management of printers, server installation, setup and commissioning of the software solution, as well as the hardware – multifunction devices and printers.
For the duration of printing maintenance, KONTRAX has provided full subscription service maintenance, including delivery and loading of supplies, repairs, replacement of spare parts, prophylactic inspections of the laser printers.
The subject of maintenance are 18 Kyocera multifunction devices from the middle and high class. All incidents are removed at short notice – in less than 2 working days. The contract amount, including the last reporting period, is over 65,000 BGN.
