KONTRAX took part in the 10th National Conference on e-learning in higher schools, organized by the National Distance Learning Center in partnership with the Distance Learning Center of Veliko Tarnovo University ‘St. St. Cyril and Methodius’, which took place in the period October 26-27, 2024.
The main topics emphasized during the conference were:
- Methodological and theoretical (pedagogical, psychological, social, ethical, etc.) aspects of electronic and distance learning
- Problems and solutions in the process of digital transformation of universities
- Technological solutions to support and implement electronic and distance learning
- The digital generation and the education system
- Role of technology in providing equal access to education
- Quality of e-learning
- Opportunities and limitations of e-assessment.
Yanko Bahchevanov, head of the commercial department of KONTRAX, joined the main program with a presentation in which he told more about NIS2 and the challenges for educational and research institutions arising from the directive. It was discussed with the participants what the meaning of the new regulation is for them, how to prepare and what measures to deal with cyber incidents they should take in the context of electronic and distance learning and digital transformation processes of higher education institutions.
