From June 5th to 8th, 2024, Kontrax participated in the XVI specialized international exhibition for defence equipment and services "HEMUS 2024", which was held at the International Fair in Plovdiv.
On the stand of Kontrax the visitors have the opportunity to get up to date themselves with the unmanned aerial systems and anti-drone solutions offered by Kontrax and more specifically with the joint development with Telesys - TERES- 02 with state-of-the-art surveillance instruments and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), as well as an unmanned helicopter with an integrated weapon system for precision shooting by Steadicopter, as well as a Ucandrone "micro" class reconnaissance vehicle equipped with a vertical take-off and landing system. In the same time was presented the solutions that Kontrax offers as a representative of General Dynamics European Land Systems and General Dynamics Mission Systems. Increased interest was also observed in Combatica's augmented reality simulation platform designed for military and security special forces training, which was available to visitors at the Kontrax stand.
Among the official guests who visited the Kontrax stand were the Minister of Innovation and Growth of Bulgaria Mr. Rosen Karadimov. He stated that the MIG intends to cooperate more with the organizers for the preparation of the next expo in 2026. 'We want to provide more opportunities for all start-ups to present their work during the expo and thus to give a start to their future development', emphasized the Minister.
