KONTRAX has delivered and installed an equipment for commissioning in 26 videoconference halls, including their design – 20 courts and 6 prisons, as per a project assigned by the Ministry of Justice, that was successfully completed in 2020. The videoconference system is based totally on the solution of the leading manufacturer Cisco Systems - Cisco Telepresence, and includes central component for management, teleconferences, recording and review of meeting, mixing of video conversations. Dispatch control point was developed and internal system integration, as well as integration with the existing systems of the contracting authority, related to the newly installed system.
Tests were carried out – group testing under load, together with testing of transborder videoconferences. Developed is Manual for administering the central component and for the operation of the system for videoconference communication, accessible for all the users through the centralized component. System operation and administering training is carried out for the users and system administrators. 99 employees from MJ, SJC and CHPE.
