KONTRAX has successfully protected the crucial infrastructure of Hydraulic Elements and Systema – HES AD, Yambol, by installing and commissioning the real time meteorological data monitoring and analysis system, in order to prevent incidents caused by natural calamities.
HES AD is a leading company, present on the global market for the production of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic motors, since 1991. In order to optimize its costs for electricity, the factory has installed at several places photovoltaic system of total power of about 1MWp.
The realization of this solution by the team of KONTRAX comes after natural disaster twice destroyed larger part of the photovoltaic panels. Then, the insurers refuse to pay for the damages caused due to the lack of proofs about the reason and lack of data from the meteorological stations to prove the occurrence of these events.
The system provides the following capabilities:
- Mobile application for data accesses everywhere and at any time. Shows all measurements on a smartphone or tablet, historic graphs from the application.
- Rain detector – quantity and intensity of the rain
- Temperature, humidity and air pressure detector
- Indoor temperature detector
- Wind speed and direction measurement detector
- Data presentation in a calendar and the current phases of the month
- Solar panel for measuring the light power and UV detector
- Battery /up to 18 months depending on the weather conditions /
